Shipping and Handling Costs :
All International shipments will have a $10 charge added to standard shipping rates.
USPS Standard Shipping rates.
We'll ship your order priority mail or parcel post.
Most orders are shipped with delivery confirmation for your protection.
$0.01-$9.99 = $6.00
$10.00-$49.99 = $9.00
$50.00-$99.99 = $15.00
$100.00-$199.99 = $19.00
$200.00+ = $29.00
There is a 7.25% sales tax on all items shipped to IL.
All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
If an item is received damaged, keep the item and either call us at 1-888-EXOTIC-8 or e-mail us at dave@exoticimports.com about the damage. We will notify you if you need to return it to us or if it is safe to throw it away. If you are not happy with your purchase, please call us, perhaps we can work together to an amicable solution. If it becomes necessary to return the item to us, please package and insure the item. You are responsible for the item until it arrives in our facility. All original tags must be attached to the merchandise.
Most items take about 5-7 business days to be delivered. If you have not received your domestic purchase in 10 business days please e-mail me at dave@exoticimports.com, I'll look into where the delay. Exotic Imports store is open between 10AM and 9 PM Central Time Monday through Saturday.
